The Michigan Soldiers' Aid Society (MSAS) is a group of men and women who share a common
interest in the War Between the States and that period in American History that defined our nation as we know it today. We are dedicated to all aspects of the Civil War era, everything from fashion and politics to music and food.
We are committed to a high level of authenticity in dress and mannerisms, but we also enjoy a strong sense of friendship and fun. With a diverse group of women, men, and families, the Michigan Soldiers’ Aid Society delves into many aspects of the Civil War civilian, well beyond the obvious.
