SPECIAL ACTIVITIES AT BOWENS
MILL

Hello Everyone!
Sandy is planning on setting up her tent at the Bowens Mill event. It will be the M.S.A.S.
hospitality tent so if you are planning on a day trip you will have a place to stash your
stuff and a place to hang out at.
If you would like to participate in the recipe exchange that will take place at the Bowens
Mill event on Sunday but are unable to attend the event, you may e-mail a copy of a recipe
to exchange. I will make copies of it and exchange your recipe with the other participants
for you. For those of you that are coming to the event and would like to participate in
the recipe exchange but have no way of printing up the 25 copies of your recipe that you
need; I will make up the copies for you. Please e-mail me your recipe. The e-mail deadline
for me to make copies of your recipe will be Tuesday evening.
**** I need volunteers who are willing to help people make masks at the Mask Making
Workshop on Saturday from 1:30 p.m. until approx. 3:00 p.m. I am asking for donations of
supplies to decorate the masks such as posterboard, glitter, felt, ribbons, etc. Please
let me know what you can bring.
**** I need volunteers to make or buy a dessert and bring it to Bowens Mill for the
Dessert Auction on Sunday afternoon. This is a fund rasing auction to help pay for the
activities at the event. I would really appriciate it. Please let me know if you can bring
a dessert so I can plan on it.
Thank-you to everyone in advance for whatever help and support that you can provide to
help make this event a success. I can hardly wait for next weekend to arrive. I look
